Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical security assessments and advisory engagements that include architecture and compliance guidance.
- Collaborate with industry and standards bodies to create security guidance that maximizes cloud technology benefits.
- Develop a high-performing team of consultants to support customers in migrating their workloads and regulated data into the cloud, meeting specific risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Engage in business development, assisting AWS sellers in positioning your team's value within customer projects and building long-term relationships.
- Scope and lead on-site engagements with partners and customers, understanding their security and compliance needs while proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to integrate partner and customer feedback into AWS technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security assessments and advisory roles within cloud computing environments.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to develop strategies and drive consensus to achieve team objectives.
