  Strategic Planning and Policy Development: Develop and implement strategic technical security plans, designs, policies, and procedures to align with organizational security objectives and effectively mitigate risks.

• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with technical security standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

• Team Management: Manage and mentor technical security team members, fostering a high-performing and cohesive team environment.

• Technical Assessments and Troubleshooting: Lead assessments and troubleshoot security system issues, leveraging expertise to resolve complex technical challenges promptly.

• Collaboration: Work with other departments and external vendors on security projects, ensuring coordinated efforts and optimal resource utilization.

• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the departmental budget for technical security operations, ensuring effective resource allocation.

• Equipment Lifecycle Planning: Monitor and plan the life cycle of technical security equipment, including maintenance, software subscriptions, and upgrades.

• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports to senior management, providing insights into performance, incidents, and strategic recommendations.

• Incident Response: Lead the technical response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective mitigation strategies.

• Technology Integration: Stay updated with advancements in security technologies, evaluating their applicability and integrating them into the organization's security framework.

• Project Management: Manage technical security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical security, with a focus on leadership and system architecture management.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Certification in security systems such as ASIS APP, Network, Firewalls, Access Control System (ACS), CCTV, PSIM software, IRM, etc.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of security systems and design applications (e.g., CAD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management experience.

• Effective handling of crisis situations and perfect situational awareness.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is desirable, and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
