About the Role:
This role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining jewellery machinery across various locations within the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing machinery and electronic faults, performing preventive maintenance, and providing training to customers on machine operations. The position requires a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic components, as well as an ability to read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission jewellery machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
  • Train customers on machine operation.
  • Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
  • Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
  • Work with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.

  • Ultrasonic cleaners

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–5 years' experience servicing industrial machinery.
  • Hands-on circuit-board repair and fine SMD soldering experience.
  • Knowledge of power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies, and induction heating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens, and stepper/servo drives.
  • Jewellery machinery experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • UAE driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and occasionally abroad for supplier training.
