As a Technical Service Specialist (APC/Process Optimization Engineer), you will act as a plant optimization Technical Service Specialist focusing on Advanced Process Control (APC) for the UAE, Kuwait, and Pakistan regions. You’ll ensure the effective delivery of the Service portfolio according to standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customer needs. Your role involves executing technical support, demonstrating your expertise, and proactively communicating with both customers and the company sales teams to identify and utilize business opportunities for service growth.

Your Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contributing directly to Optimization and APC projects, from initial site surveys and benefit assessments through modeling, commissioning, and value realization.
- Executing service projects at customer sites in close coordination with the Product team across projects in the UAE, Kuwait, and Pakistan.
- Identifying tangible benefits provided by Optimization solutions to customers in the Gulf and Pakistan markets while balancing technical requirements with customer value, delivery quality, and local business priorities.
- Providing technical support and problem-solving in your area of expertise, either remotely or on-site.
- Determining effective service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new service offerings that respond cost-effectively to customer requirements.

Qualifications for the Role
- Experience in successfully implementing and executing advanced process control and energy & process optimization projects within the Energy and Process Industries.
- Ability to convert advanced process control, process and energy optimization, as well as service concepts and external requirements into clear value propositions and technical specifications for customers.
- Experience with Plant Optimization solutions utilizing products such as APC and specialized performance optimization software to enhance processes, reduce energy consumption, and lower emissions.
- Strong knowledge of plant optimization solutions.
- Passion for customer collaboration coupled with effective communication skills.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with expertise in Oil & Gas and Power & Water industries.
- Proficient in English communication with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
