As a Technical Service Specialist, you will focus on Advanced Process Control (APC) in the UAE, Kuwait, and Pakistan, ensuring our service portfolio is delivered effectively in line with the company’s standards and safety guidelines.
You will provide technical support, address customer needs, and identify business opportunities for service growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to Optimization and APC projects from initial surveys through to value realization.
- Executing service projects and collaborating closely with the product team.
- Identifying benefits of Optimization solutions for customers in the Gulf and Pakistan markets.
- Providing technical support and resolving issues in your area of expertise.
- Developing new service offerings to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.

Qualifications for the Role
- Experience in implementation of advanced process control and energy optimization projects.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions for customers.
- Familiarity with plant optimization solutions, including APC and performance optimization software.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer collaboration.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with expertise in Oil & Gas and Power & Water industries.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
