Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Function as an experienced professional individual contributor working under limited supervision.
- Apply your subject matter expertise in Medical Device Field Service.
- Use your skills and knowledge to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
- Execute technical analysis regarding product implementations, modifications, and enhancements tailored to client specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions according to product and customer specifications; recommend actions to company or customer representatives for product-related resolutions.
- Assess product needs based on customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Serve as the local on-site representative for the customer's organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensure with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
