Technical Services Specialist (Intern)

About the Role
This position works out of our Riyadh location in Core Diagnostic. As a Technical Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in medical device field service while working under limited supervision. You will utilize your subject matter knowledge to address specific customer needs and provide tailored support.

Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Services Specialist, you will:

• Act as an experienced professional individual contributor in the Medical Device Field Services Sub-Function.
• Possess well-developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to specific customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.
• Assess product needs based on customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Serve as the local on-site representative to customer's organization members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Saudi Council of Engineers / SCE license.
