Responsibilities
As a Technical Services Specialist, you will:
- Operate as an experienced professional contributor under limited supervision.
- Apply your subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service to meet specific organizational needs.
- Use well-developed skills to perform technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, develop solutions based on product and customer specifications, and recommend actions accordingly.
- Assess product needs in line with customer specifications, conducting technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and internal representatives.
- Serve as the on-site representative in customer organizations, facilitating effective communication and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
