Technical SME - Java

We are seeking an experienced Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate the delivery and implementation of a Corporate Credit Application Processing System. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise in modern technology stacks, and the ability to drive end-to-end IT solutions for corporate credit processing. The candidate should have experience in managing complex systems implementation and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead development teams and projects.
• Design and build headless BPM integrations (OpenText BPM).
• Manage Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.
• Drive the delivery of Corporate Credit Application Processing solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT development, delivery, and implementation roles.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong coding experience with Java, SpringBoot, SQL/PL SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Expertise in solution architecture and integration design.
  • Solid understanding of database management (MS SQL / Oracle).
  • Strong skills in DevOps implementation (Azure repos, Azure pipelines, Automated testing).
  • Experience in data integration workflows (Control-M or SAP BODS).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with corporate credit processes and workflows.
