Technical Solution Analyst I - UAE National

We are excited to hire a Technical Solution Analyst I at the company Health in the United Arab Emirates. As a Technical Solution Analyst I, your responsibilities will include performing troubleshooting investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. You will also conduct backend troubleshooting by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and managing server updates. Effective communication, both verbal and written, with clients and internal stakeholders is essential in this role. You will need to document notes, activities, resolutions, and create knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle, prioritizing work based on severity and urgency while balancing client and business needs. Additionally, collaboration with various teams is important to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including a
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• UAE National
• Fluent in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of strong working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in troubleshooting.
