We are excited to hire a Technical Solution Analyst I at the company Health. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting investigations by reviewing front-end applications, gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. You will conduct troubleshooting via backend methods, which includes capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential as you will interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Documentation of notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle is a key responsibility. You will prioritize work based on severity and urgency while balancing client and business needs, collaborating with teams to ensure issues are addressed appropriately.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- UAE National.
- Fluent in Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Proficient in troubleshooting.
