Key Responsibilities:
- Design and use APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Provide on-call rotation support and 24/7 technical support.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent resolutions.
- Generate graphical reporting for system health and coordinate enhancements with product owners.
Functional Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking products, UAE banking regulations, and payment systems.
- Experience in risk assessment, fraud detection, and transaction processing.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficient in software development with knowledge of Java, .NET Core, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and emerging Fintech technologies (blockchain, AI/ML).
