Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Building and Infrastructure services across the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert technical review of client requirements, RFPs, RFQs/TFQs, ITTs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
- Support Business Development and Tendering teams by defining technical solutions, methodologies, execution strategies, and service offerings.
- Deliver technical evaluations, feasibility assessments, and technical due diligence for prospective projects and opportunities.
- Identify technical risks, constraints, and project-specific challenges and recommend mitigation measures.
- Provide specialist technical guidance during project execution and support resolution of complex engineering and operational challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, presentations, and discussions as the technical authority.
- Mentor engineers and technical teams by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Building and Infrastructure projects, engineering consultancy, construction supervision, technical advisory, PMCM, or TIC services.
