Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Training: Offer technical expertise to enhance product knowledge for distributors and clients. Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute technical campaigns that promote product awareness and adoption. Identify market needs to formulate effective technical value propositions, and participate in events to elevate brand visibility.

Distributor Enablement: Provide distributors with critical selling tools and resources, including FAQs and guides for addressing customer concerns. Conduct joint visits to customers to support sales efforts, while monitoring distributor performance from a technical point of view.

End-User Engagement: Offer on-site assistance to veterinarians and clinics, addressing issues and enhancing product use. Develop tailored protocols to meet specific clinic needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Animal Science is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a relevant position within the animal health industry is preferred.
- Skills: Essential strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship building. A solid technical understanding of animal health products for accurate support and training is crucial. Ability to function both independently and collaboratively is important for achieving team goals.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
