Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist management in various matters and support the activities of the Director, Manager, Section Managers, and other staff within the Engineering Department, particularly relating to RFP packages, Task Order Packages, correspondences, invoices, and progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation for the technical closeout of Engineering Services Contracts.
- Review and advise Section Managers on JCPDI procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Assist with the Engineering Department’s official documentation and correspondence systems, including managing the receiving and dispatching log.
- Carry out coordination for the Director/Manager/Section Managers and liaise with other JCPDI Departments and Divisions.
- Provide technical support to the Director/Manager/Section Managers and perform other duties as directed by the Contracts and Reporting Manager.
- Conduct pre-bid meetings and arrange site visits for bidders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 6+ years of project technical support and coordination experience in engineering activities.
- Experience in preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, and providing technical support.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (writing and speaking); Arabic skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Technical Office/Document Management software and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and effective time management.
