As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) – Core, you will serve as a trusted advisor focused on driving adoption, value realization, and long-term success for our most strategic customers within the Marketing, Social, and Advertising product suite. Your role is pivotal in bridging business objectives with platform capabilities, leveraging your product expertise to help clients maximize the value of Sprinklr’s Core solutions. This customer-facing role requires technical proficiency to enable clients to optimize their operations through Sprinklr, positioning it as an essential component in their stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Advising: Oversee the technical relationship for Sprinklr’s Core suite, managing platform architecture, user journeys, and analytics.
  • Adoption & Value Realization: Manage the end-to-end adoption process across various teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive expansion of value.
  • Program Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and guide strategic expansion.
  • Customer Empowerment: Deliver targeted enablement initiatives and identify blockers to foster long-term platform adoption.
  • Product Influence: Provide structured feedback to Sprinklr’s Product teams to shape product strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, or digital media consulting with enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Proficient in campaign setup, brand marketing strategies, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with presentation to executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with social advertisement platforms and crisis/PR workflows.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation projects and global rollouts.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) and knowledge of campaign lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
