The company is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Supervisor (O&M) for Parks and Roads O&M projects to join our team!
Job Description:
- Follow up on corrective and preventive measures taken by the contractor.
- Inspect the work performed by contractors to ensure compliance with Contract Documents and accepted practices.
- Manage the CRM System related to supervised contracts, ensuring all issues are addressed.
- Assist the Engineering team in managing works and ensuring conformity to project requirements.
- Undertake skilled construction tasks including maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning facilities and equipment.
- Record inspections, tests, and executed work.
- Ensure instructions are carried out and report all activities to superiors.
- Act positively and participate in health and safety issues at the site as required.
- Follow up with technical staff of contractors on site.
- Record and manage incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Update reports concerning completed urgent works.
- Coordinate with Project team, Consultants, and Contractors for administrative matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project management team to assist in meeting team goals.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related O&M field.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and establishing effective working relationships.
- Experience in managing filing structures, organizing project documentation, and maintaining project controls.
- Good judgment and discretion in performing duties.
- Language Requirement: Arabic speaker.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and strong technical writing skills.
