Visa's Corporate IT (CIT) group is on a transformation journey to enhance customer experience and end-user support, consolidating operational functions to provide world-class support to users. The Workstation Technical Support Analyst will be a key member of the End User Systems Support team, responsible for supporting systems, services, and tools utilized by Visa Inc's staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software support for physical and virtual workstations, mobile devices, voice and video equipment, and end-user solutions like Office 365 and Endpoint security tools.
  • Offer exceptional service to all end-users and provide 2nd level support for escalated workstation and mobile-related issues.
  • Manage daily operational support for incidents, requests, and ensure proper functioning of conferencing equipment.
  • Utilize ITSM ticketing tools, such as Service Now, to maintain incident records and document resolutions.
  • Interact with end-users through various channels to understand and resolve their issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • Strong experience in customer service and intermediate networking knowledge, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting over 300 users with PC, Mac, telephony, mobile, and voice/video hardware/software.
  • Proficient in supporting Windows 10, MS Office 365 suite, OSX, iOS, and Android.

English proficiency is required, and additional language skills may be considered an asset.
