We are seeking a Technical Support professional to support the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles, collaborating closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams. This role will provide operational technical support for vehicle software and version updates, testing scenarios, routes, and stop configurations, ensuring that daily testing schedules can be successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with R&D and QA teams regarding autonomous vehicle testing activities.
- Provide operational feedback to relevant technical teams.
- Support validation of vehicle version iteration results.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of different vehicle testing scenarios.
- Support route and stop configuration requirements for daily testing.
- Ensure technical preparations support daily vehicle testing schedules.
- Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
- Ensure required vehicle updates are completed in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate technical or operational issues affecting testing activities.
- Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing and operational processes.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant technical background within automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D, or vehicle operations would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of software and technology-based systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and operational teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and automotive environment.
