About the Role
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills and be ready to take on responsibilities essential for providing effective technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes is a plus.
