About the Role
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Bahrain operations. The role involves providing essential technical support and ensuring that IT systems operate effectively within one of the leading organizations in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing incidents and service requests, configuring IT devices, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

Requirements
