Technical Support Engineer-ISE

The Technical Support Engineer-ISE position is primarily focused on performing general technical support functions, ensuring successful resolution of reported issues and delivery of End User Computing (EUC) services. This role requires providing level 1 and 2 support for various end-user devices and peripherals, managing user accounts, and performing tasks such as physical installation, assembly, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the enterprise end-user computing environment.
• Responding to service requests via telephone and email.
• Diagnosing problems and resolutions through interactions with users.
• Managing user accounts and maintaining operational procedures.
• Documenting problems and resolutions using an incident management system.
• Conducting proactive maintenance and inventory management.
• Assisting in team management in the absence of the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant IT certifications.
• 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support environment.
• Excellent knowledge of hardware and software across various platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid industry certifications at an intermediate to advanced level (e.g., Microsoft SCCM, AD, GP).

This is a hybrid, full-time position located in Al Majma‘ah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, open to Saudi Nationals only. All appointments are subject to necessary Government and/or Customer approvals.
