Technical Support Engineer

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our operations in Bahrain. The role involves providing essential support and maintenance for IT devices and applications within a leading organization in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and perform follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of IT devices and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Contract and Travel Details

• The selected candidates shall join our team in Bahrain and may be deputed to work with one of the leading organizations in the country.
