Technical Support Engineer

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our operations in Bahrain. This role involves providing key support for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
