The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing second-level support to identify and resolve technical issues escalated by the Help Desk, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and service-level agreements (SLAs). This role involves supporting company Associates in local and regional offices, as well as remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide escalated (level 2) technical support for hardware and software issues, performing troubleshooting and diagnosis to ensure continuous operations.
  • Conduct remote office visits as needed to resolve technical issues and foster positive relationships with associates.
  • Manage the lifecycle of company assets efficiently to optimize asset deployment.
  • Collaborate with event managers to provide technology support during company events, making timely decisions impacting client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and incidents to facilitate future resolutions and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1+ years of client service experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in entry-level technical support.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, servers, and LANs/WANs.
  • Familiarity with help desk systems and standard Microsoft products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Language Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
