Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 6 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE, particularly in technical roles. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the UAE technology talent market, established candidate networks, and expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate screenings, competency assessments, and salary negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from interview to offer.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to management.
• Monitor and report on UAE technology hiring trends and market conditions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong UAE-based recruitment experience, particularly in the technology sector.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Familiarity with UAE job portals such as Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and GulfTalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
