Technical Team Lead (General) – LV Systems

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Technical (General) with robust expertise in Low Voltage (LV) Systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on skills in LV electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical operations. This role requires the ability to lead and support maintenance activities across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair LV electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of LV equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and LV panel issues and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of LV systems.
• Monitor system performance and respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
• Support other MEP maintenance activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or E&I.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in LV systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of LV panels, electrical distribution, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and standards.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, or general maintenance will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Honeywell DDC Engineering Software, and Rockwell Engineering Software.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Physically fit and comfortable working onsite across different environments, with frequent travel as required.
