Technical Team Lead – Oracle HFM

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead specializing in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HFM with a minimum of 10–12 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. Key Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in HFM administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles.
• Solid understanding of metadata management, rules, and data integration.
• Familiarity with FDMEE, Smart View, and related Oracle EPM tools is preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a global support environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
