As a Technical Trainer on our team, you will deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for our clients in both English and Arabic. Your responsibilities will also include creating or translating training materials, such as presentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training videos. To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner who can acquire technical expertise in AI and big data analytics. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaborate with a team in an agile, fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator, skilled in developing training content for both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the training and content teams to curate and develop technical training course content, plan training programs, and conduct training sessions that align with business and client needs.
- Create, review, and/or translate high-quality training materials and artifacts.
- Organize and deliver engaging and interactive onsite and offsite instructor-led classroom and virtual training.
- Work closely with SMEs, developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the Presight products and solutions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and continually develop plans for improving training delivery.
- Research relevant topics to include in the course and engage with technical experts to design training materials.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, skilled in creating training content and designing and preparing training programs, materials, and workshops.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations both domestically and internationally, if required.
