In this role, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for developing course materials and delivering technical training to customers in both classroom and on-site environments. You will ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent training delivery and post-training support, which includes collecting feedback and implementing corrective actions where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver training courses in classroom or on-site.
- Develop course material for training in your area of responsibility.
- Support the Field Service team and other units using your expertise in technical support.
- Facilitate course administration, including arranging logistics and answering course inquiries.
- Perform complex field service tasks related to 800xA with AC800M and troubleshoot system-level failures.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders such as Product Management, Project Management, and Sales to ensure effective training delivery.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical.
- Hands-on experience with ABB systems including 800xA with AC800M.
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Technical Trainer in the Automation industry or 8-10 years in Site Support with experience in Engineering and Commissioning roles.
- Understanding of automation systems with process knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power & Water.
- Knowledge of ABB systems such as Infi90 and Symphony Plus (S+).
- Fluent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Knowledge of Industrial Cyber Security and networking solutions for ABB systems.
- Relevant certifications in control systems or safety standards (e.g., TÜV Functional Safety Engineer).
- Experience with Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas customers, especially ADNOC and GCC.
- Strong customer interpersonal skills and technical training experience.
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed.
