Position

This full-time, onsite position reports to the Service Manager, PAEN, UAE Cluster. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and deliver technical training for customers, either in classroom settings or on-site. Responsibilities include post-training activities such as collecting feedback, implementing corrective actions on course materials and equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service to secure a high level of customer satisfaction through training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering training courses in classroom and on-site settings.
  • Developing course material for training and providing advice on updates to e-learning materials.
  • Supporting the Field Service team and others using technical expertise.
  • Facilitating course administration, including arranging logistics and addressing inquiries and proposals for training.
  • Performing complex field service tasks and troubleshooting system-level failures, making recommendations for future preventive actions.
  • Maintaining close contact with various stakeholder groups that contribute to the development and delivery of training courses.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the company systems, particularly 800xA with AC800M.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as a Technical Trainer in the Automation industry or 8-10 years in Site Support within the Automation industry, covering Engineering and Commissioning roles.
  • Overall understanding of automation systems, with process knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power, and Water sectors.
  • Familiarity with the company systems such as Infi90 and Symphony Plus (S+).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Cybersecurity and networking solutions for the company systems.
  • Certifications in specific control systems or safety standards (e.g., TÜV Functional Safety Engineer).
  • Experience with Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas sectors, particularly with ADNOC and GCC customers.
  • Strong customer interpersonal skills and technical training experience.
  • Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
  • Willingness to travel to sites as required.
