We are seeking an experienced Cloudera Data Platform Technical Trainer & Advisor to train and mentor the client's data engineering and platform teams. The role combines technical training, hands-on labs, platform advisory and troubleshooting, with the objective of improving the team's ability to operate, secure, and optimize the on-premises Cloudera/DAMP platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and virtual Cloudera technical training with hands-on labs.
- Adapt training and exercises to the client's actual CDP/DAMP environment.
- Provide technical workshops, knowledge assessments, and follow-up coaching.
- Cover key technologies including Cloudera CDP, DataFlow/NiFi, Kafka, Flink, Spark, CDE, CDW, Iceberg, Ozone, security, governance, and Cloudera AI.
- Prepare and maintain training/lab environments, including restricted or air-gapped networks.
- Provide post-training advisory and office hours on configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Track learner progress, training credits, and certification readiness.
- Prepare candidates for relevant Cloudera certifications.
- Provide regular progress and skills-gap reports to the delivery manager and client.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Cloudera/Hadoop production experience.
- Strong experience with Spark, NiFi, Kafka, Hive/Impala, and HDFS/Ozone.
- Practical experience administering and troubleshooting on-premises Cloudera environments.
- Knowledge of platform security, authentication, authorization, encryption, auditing, and governance.
- Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Arabic is highly desirable for Saudi Arabia delivery.
Preferred:
- Current Cloudera certification.
- Cloudera instructor accreditation or experience with an authorized training partner.
- Experience in government, defense, banking, aviation, or other critical environments.
- Experience with restricted/air-gapped networks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Generative AI, and Cloudera AI.
- Experience developing technical labs and training materials.
Ideal Candidate:
A senior Cloudera practitioner who can combine hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, technical training, and mentoring to build the client's long-term platform capabilities.
