Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training instructions for all levels of personnel.
- Develop curriculum and teaching outlines, including instructional methods like lectures and workshops.
- Create C4ISR tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating the training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to address program needs and conduct training.
- Stay informed about training and development research, learning theories, and new materials.
- Engage with management and clients to understand work situations requiring training and adapt to policy changes.
- May evaluate contractors/vendors for training program development and administration.
- Provide solutions to technical problems under general supervision.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience.
- Secret security clearance required.
- Knowledge of GCCS - J and C4ISR Systems, with experience providing training instructions in a military environment.
- Must pass an FBI background check and obtain a visa for Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Background in GCCS - J operations, Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer Networking.
- Experience in austere environments like KSA.
- Energetic, self-starter who works well in a team environment.
Salary Range: USD $75,600.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
