Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and translate technical documents, including awareness material, user manuals, guides, FAQs, and technical blogs, from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Develop high-quality content for IT solutions, software, infrastructure technologies, and enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams and product managers to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.
- Stay updated on IT trends and technologies to maintain the relevance of the content.
- Adapt content to suit Arabic-speaking markets, considering cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Ensure the writing tone and style are consistent with corporate communications branding guidelines in both languages.
- Maintain a repository of all technical documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Implement feedback from internal teams to refine and enhance content.
Qualifications
- Exceptional capability of content Arabization (read and understand English documents, and deliver the same meaning in Arabic).
- Native in Arabic and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional grammar, vocabulary, and technical writing skills in both languages.
- Understanding of IT concepts and ability to quickly grasp complex technical topics and explain them clearly.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, IT content writer, or similar role.
- Proven experience in content Arabization and writing technical user manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong familiarity with UAE Arabic culture (in writing).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Quickly adapt to new environments: learn, reflect, and deliver.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years as an IT technical writer.
- Familiarity with IT documentation and content creation.
