We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create and manage detailed documentation for our Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and Identity Access Management solutions. This position requires a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly and logically.

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Development:

    • Produce and maintain accurate documentation, including:
      • End User License Agreements (EULA)
      • User, Admin, and Integration Guides
      • Installation and Quick Start Guides
      • Service Agreements, FAQs, and Troubleshooting Guides
      • Release Notes, API Documentation, and Compliance Documentation
      • Data Privacy Policies, Glossaries, White Papers, and Training Materials for Partners
  • Platform Management:

    • Manage an online documentation platform, ensuring all documents are current and easily accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Tools & Publishing:

    • Utilize Markdown and other tools for document creation and formatting, overseeing the content lifecycle from drafting to publication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Technical communication or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical writing skills in English with a proven track record in documentation.
    • Familiarity with Markdown and similar documentation tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Capacity to understand and document complex technical concepts, especially in cybersecurity.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
