We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create and manage detailed documentation for our Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and Identity Access Management solutions. This position requires a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly and logically.
Responsibilities:

Documentation Development:
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation, including:
- End User License Agreements (EULA)
- User, Admin, and Integration Guides
- Installation and Quick Start Guides
- Service Agreements, FAQs, and Troubleshooting Guides
- Release Notes, API Documentation, and Compliance Documentation
- Data Privacy Policies, Glossaries, White Papers, and Training Materials for Partners

Platform Management:
- Manage an online documentation platform, ensuring all documents are current and easily accessible.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy in documentation.

Tools & Publishing:
- Utilize Markdown and other tools for document creation and formatting, overseeing the content lifecycle from drafting to publication.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Technical communication or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong technical writing skills in English with a proven track record in documentation.
- Familiarity with Markdown and similar documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to understand and document complex technical concepts, especially in cybersecurity.
