About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, including IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and VMS platforms. Your work will ensure the seamless operation of security systems critical to client safety and operational integrity in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults related to CCTV cameras, recording devices, network infrastructure, monitoring stations, and security systems.
- Carry out cable laying, termination, testing, labeling, and documentation for CCTV and security system installations.
- Monitor system performance, verify image quality, and ensure operational functionality of surveillance systems.
- Support the integration and maintenance of access control, intrusion detection, and other ELV/security systems as necessary.
- Coordinate with Security, IT, Operations, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and support system enhancements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and system documentation following company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, permit-to-work requirements, and oil & gas industry regulations in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certification in CCTV Systems, Security Systems, Networking, or ELV systems is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CCTV Technician.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Power, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV surveillance systems.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, fiber optic systems, and structured cabling.
