We are looking for an HVAC Technician to carry out preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on Mechanical/HVAC equipment and systems, either individually or as part of a technical team, within a designated area, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The ideal candidate should adhere to all technical and safety rules to ensure compliance with business standards. This role is based in Dubai Airports.

Key Accountabilities:
- Conform to all general and specific technical safety requirements to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of self and others at work.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or duty engineer.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Read, interpret, and describe the functionality of HVAC system drawings (circuit & wiring diagrams/schematic & layout drawings) irrespective of manufacturer.
- Set up, use, and interpret test equipment results on standalone and integrated HVAC systems, including Manifold Gauge, Digital Multi-meter, Clamp Meter, Temperature/Humidity Meter, Vacuum Gauge, and Refrigeration Leak Detector.
- Understand and apply Local and International Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Standards and Regulations.
Specific Requirements:
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in Facility Management or a similar environment.
- Ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders, and customers in oral and written English.
- Proficiency in constructing technical reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Capable of safely performing the following on complex air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) equipment and systems:
- Electrical & Mechanical Isolations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Planned preventative maintenance (PM) routines
- Corrective maintenance (CM)
- Breakdown maintenance (BD) for various HVAC units, including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, and Computer & Server Room Air Conditioning Units (CRACUs), among others.
