Major Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and software.
  • Provide first-line support for workstation issues, including operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and workstation setup in accordance with the company's IT policies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot local network performance and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with global IT support teams for escalated issues and system updates.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of installations and changes.
  • Support video conferencing systems, printers, and other office technology.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in an engineering or project-based environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for asset management is preferable but not required.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and endpoint security.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-cultural team.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is preferred for effective communication in a diverse working environment.
