Position

An exciting opportunity is available for an Analyzer Technician located in Jubail. The successful candidate will maintain plant process analyzers to ensure accurate measurement with minimal maintenance interruptions. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting both on-site and in the workshop.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities per plant operation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with online analyzers, such as Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O2, Silica, etc.
  • Knowledge of analyzer shelter safety and sample handling systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain analyzer systems to meet performance specifications (response time, accuracy, precision, and MTBF).
  • Monitor and obtain calibration standards, parts, and consumable items for analyzers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in related fields.
  • Communicate service requests effectively, ensuring they align with business and team goals.
  • Comply with EHSS guidelines and safety processes.
  • Participate in review meetings to identify performance improvement opportunities for analyzer systems.
  • Regularly assess team performance and operational status with plant personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Care and the company policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Associate degree in Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Petrochemicals/Refinery Process Online Analyzer Systems.
