Technician

About the Role
This position involves the inspection, testing, cleaning, and repair of Galley inserts, including chillers, ovens, and beverage makers. The role demands adherence to established procedures and technical data to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, clean, and repair Galley inserts in accordance with established procedures and technical data.
• Perform troubleshooting and clear defects efficiently.
• Follow repair and return processes to ensure high quality and minimize cycle time of repairs.
• Maintain high levels of quality in all work performed.
• Comply with all rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and Human Resources policies.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities undertaken.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve defects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
