Technicien Masterisation / Déploiement (H/F)

About the Role
We are seeking a Technician for Windows Mastering/Deployment to join our team for a client project in Monaco. This role is part of a significant initiative for the migration of workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11. You will integrate into an IT team responsible for the preparation, deployment, and maintenance of operational conditions of the IT park, directly involved in all technical stages of the migration process, from the preparation of workstations to their availability for users.
This project is aligned with a strategy to modernize the IT infrastructure, addressing key security, standardization, and service continuity concerns.

Responsibilities
As a Mastering Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and mastering workstations for the deployment of Windows 11
• Installing, configuring, and updating Windows environments according to standards defined by the client
• Participating in the deployment and migration of Windows 10 workstations to Windows 11
• Performing patching and security updates of workstations
• Preparing equipment before handover to users: configuration, software installation, settings, and checks
• Conducting technical tests and verifications before the production rollout of workstations
• Ensuring the monitoring of migration and deployment operations and reporting any anomalies
• Participating in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents encountered during migration operations
• Ensuring traceability of completed operations and updating associated documentation

Your Profile
We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, and responsive candidate with prior experience in desktop support, workstation deployment, or administering Windows environments.
You value environments where execution quality, adherence to procedures, and a sense of user service are essential.

Education

• Bac to Bac+2 in computer science, systems and networks or equivalent training

Experience

• Successful first experience in IT support, workstation deployment, mastering, or Windows administration
• Experience on a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project would be a significant asset

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 environments
• Experience in mastering and deploying workstations
• Expertise in patching and updating workstations
• Knowledge of software installation and configuration
• General knowledge of systems and networks
• Ability to perform diagnostics and resolve level 1/2 incidents
• Familiarity with deployment or management tools (SCCM / MECM, Intune, MDT, WSUS, etc.) is appreciated
