Candidates must possess a robust understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, particularly in Warehouse Management, Order Management, and Transportation Management. Experience with industry-standard WMS solutions, preferably EPG-LFS, is also necessary.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders regarding warehouse operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and recommend WMS solutions for optimization.
- Configure WMS modules based on business needs and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards and manage information security policies.

Technical & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and suppliers to customize WMS according to business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of WMS with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain solutions.
- Manage troubleshooting and issue resolution, conducting quality assurance testing.
- Oversee data management, project leadership, and vendor management.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Logistic Domain for WMS, TMS, or supply chain and technical skills in areas such as Integration, RFID, AI, Database SQL, API Management, EDI, and Middleware tools.
- Desirable Qualification: Certifications in Project Management, SUN JAVA, Oracle ERP, etc.
- Work Experience: 6-8 years in relevant technologies, with 1-2 years in project implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology is preferred.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing WMS systems.
- Experience with integrating WMS with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management technologies (RFID, barcode scanning).
- Data management and database troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to script and automate processes using various languages.
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency is required, additional languages may be an advantage.
