Techno-Manager (Marketplace Program)

We’re looking for a dynamic Techno-Manager to join our Marketplace Program team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site). This is a full-time position that requires 5–7 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate development efforts for marketplace and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage API integrations with third-party systems, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Business) to ensure smooth system performance and scalability.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery — from planning and development to deployment and support.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team where needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in e-commerce or marketplace systems.
• Proven experience with API design and integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.).
• Ability to manage projects with both technical depth and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
