We are currently seeking a Technology Adoption Senior Manager to join our Product, Services & Technology team within the newly formed Customer Solutions Growth Regions division of the Construction Industries. This role focuses on closely engaging with customers and dealers to deliver customized solutions that leverage a wide range of offerings, including products, services, digital technology, rental, and financing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists to support field-based industry representatives, product groups, and dealers through application training, competitive testing, and product launch activities.
- Engage with customers to gather marketplace requirements and drive operational improvements.
- Monitor problem areas and define or approve planned product enhancements.
- Develop business cases, product definitions, and lifecycle management activities.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement processes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in customer focus, product and services knowledge, decision-making, effective communication, negotiation, relationship management, technical excellence, and value selling.
- Must possess skills to create customer-focused environments, develop product strategies, and successfully negotiate terms and ensure positive relationships with clients.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
