As a Technical Architect in this hub, you will be at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, working closely with customers to create and implement a vision and strategy for their digital transformation. You will deliver various technical engagements, including Business envisioning, Solution envisioning, Architecture design, Rapid prototyping, and Hackathons. This position requires a cross-solution view, leveraging the capabilities of the entire Microsoft cloud platform. Collaborating with account teams, you will select the best engagements to maximize customer benefits and accelerate deal success.
You will use your technical knowledge to shape inspiring digital visions across all Microsoft workloads and delve deeper into your core technology specialization. Your role will involve mapping the agreed customer vision into a comprehensive strategy for implementation while addressing concerns, removing technical blockers, and validating a robust business case for investment.
As an expert in the modern workplace, you will guide business and technical decision-makers in creating business value on top of the Microsoft 365 platform. Your responsibilities include synthesizing business and technical architecture requirements and serving as the go-to technical expert for regional sales teams. You will also have opportunities to deliver presentations evangelizing Microsoft 365 at business conferences.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A minimum of 8 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 6 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in structured facilitation and validated customer experience in requirements capture and prioritization.
- Technical breadth across Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications, modern workplace, and productivity.
- Proven experience in design thinking and delivering contextual analysis or problem framing.
- Expertise as a solutions architect or equivalent in Microsoft’s modern workplace tools.
