We’re looking for a talented Technology Associate (UAE National) to join our dynamic Technology team at Wio Bank, one of the most innovative financial platforms in the MENA region. Get ready to play a key role in shaping the future of digital banking while gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation in one of the region’s most exciting fintech companies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of our digital banking platforms and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance user experience.
- Contribute to agile development processes, including sprints, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Stay on top of emerging technology trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
- UAE National with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience or relevant internships in technology or IT-related roles.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile, and diverse team setting.
