Responsibilities
- Articulate value propositions for strategic company products and services, employing business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer and partner requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in specific solutions or company products and drive adoption of the company Cloud.
- Drive and support innovation focused on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the company platform.
- Ensure solutions are architecturally aligned with clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.
- Identify business and technical risks in programs, assess their impact, and propose mitigations and contingencies.
- Provide stakeholder assistance during deployment to avoid and resolve technical issues.
- Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with maximum customer/partner value, leveraging company core assets, products, and tools while developing comprehensive project plans that consider the full project lifecycle and define all technical dependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 6+ years of leadership experience in a relevant area of business.
- Proficient in Arabic at a professional/native level.
- Experience facing Public Sector customers.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience in delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Technical certifications related to Cloud (Azure) and AI.
- Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
