This role is designed as an "Onsite" position, with the expectation that you will primarily work from a company partner/customer office. As a Junior Technology Consultant at the company, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.
- Understanding a broad spectrum of the company's technology to contribute to detailed technical designs that meet customer requirements.
- Installing and updating systems applications, performing configuration and testing activities, and assisting in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborating with team members and maintaining good relationships with customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio and help generate new business opportunities.
Education and Experience Required:
- 3 - 5 years of technical experience.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study. Without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience are required (5-7 years in total).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to support specific deliverables.
- Ability to communicate broad and specific concepts effectively with team members and peers.
- Experience supporting Cray Ex Products is preferred.
