Technology Consultant

The company Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career. As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt the company's solutions to realize measurable business outcomes. You will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across the company's S/4HANA Cloud and BTP, applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program.
• Support solution implementation activities including fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live using the company's Activate.
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance.
• Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Help monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and track post-deployment business impact.

Requirements

• STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments.
• Foundational understanding of the company's product portfolio, interoperability, and full lifecycle implementation support.
• Working knowledge of HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively engage with our global and local network.

Work Conditions
Our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. Participants may spend two weeks in San Ramon, California, for hands-on learning and networking opportunities during the program.
