You will engage in complex transformation programs, work with multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes. This position provides exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives and promotes the development of necessary consulting, leadership, and technical skills in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support projects.
- Experience in one or more Oracle solutions such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and/or Oracle EBS.
- Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their enablement via Oracle technologies.
- Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Preferred experience in consulting firms or large enterprise organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective client-facing communication.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Oracle certifications are considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of Oracle transformation projects across various industries.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution design.
- Configure Oracle applications and assist with functional and technical tasks.
- Support business process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in testing activities including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and training materials.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
- Contribute to proposal development and business development activities.
- Share knowledge and aid in the development of junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and risk management requirements.
